Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Noun

[kee puh·faw·muhns in·duh·kay·tuhz]

Key performance indicators (KPIs) are quantifiable measurements that can be used to assess progress towards a specific objective and a company's overall performance. KPIs can be used in any department. A few examples of KPIs across different departments include profit margins, pipeline value, leads, cost-per-conversion or cost-per-click, and conversion rates.

In partnerships, KPIs are the set of metrics that can track the growth, performance, and success of your partner programs. These can include average deal size, activation rate, partner-sourced revenue, and more.

Example: Recruitment, activation, engagement and efficiency are four KPIs that indicate a healthy partner program.
