A good fresh beer with a sensible alcohol level that lets you enjoy a few.

Gorgeous Sweet Belgian Blonde
This is a beautiful sweet beer, a hint of mead-like honey, foaming aromatic almost fruity head, one to pour slowly into the tulip-shaped glass it deserves and savour slowly. One I love to return to, special indeed!

One of the finest Belgian Ales
Chimay Doree pours a cloudy gold with thick head. Nose is very delicate, soft fruit, citrus, floral and minor spice. Incredibly tasty with very mellow fruit flavour, some solid bread feel, spices, honey, and lemon. The lower ABV (4.8%) really differentiates from most Chimay ales. This is one of the smoothest beers I had in awhile, just refreshing from start to stop. A must try if you like Belgian golden ales.

Sweet, Summery, Beautiful Beer
The Belgian Trappist Brews are exceptional - and this "entry level" Blonde 4.8% Monks speciality is gentle to the palate, not too bitter with a hint of mead-like honey flavour. Truly satisfying late on a heat-wave summer's day, just right!

Not bad
I liked this and thought it was pretty good, however I would say I prefer the other Chimay beers I have had like the blue and red.
I thought it was pretty cool to try a beer that was traditionally only for the monks. I guess that's why it's not as strong as the other Chimay beers haha, definitely worth a try.
