The top product from the Rochefort Trappist brewery. Dark colour, full and very impressive taste. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant palate, with ascending notes of vinousness and other complexities.

A beery...
The monastery beers of Belgium are the best beers in the world for mine. This is the best I have tried, with extraordinary complexity and deliciousness. If the Westvleteren is better I hope to one day be rich enough to afford it; for the moment Rochefort `10 is perfectly satisfactory for that special tipple.

Good Belgian
I have and do really like this big brooding fellow. My recent purchases have been recent and its rewards may be better had when cooler with the accompanying change of food and life style habits.
I have just ordered the Rochefort 8 as my summer mid strength. More open and amenable to the current weather and later at night, contemplative listening.

Trappistes No 10
Just a fantastic beer that we tried whilst on Holidays in Belgium some years ago and now get a carton every summer delivered to Tumut NSW. Delivery has been prompt with not a drop spilt.

Fantastic
Another example of why Trappist beers are so exceptional.
This drinks similar to La Trappe Quadrupple in many ways, lighter in colour, with deep complex malt flavours and great fermentation esters.
An absolute ripper!

My favourite Belgium beer
Loved it when I grew up in Belgium and still love it now!

Wire Walker
More balance than Philippe Petit on a wire. The monks know how to make a beer.

Belgium Beer
First tasted this beer in Brugge, Belgium when on holidays. The taste is unique with a mixture of both flavour and aroma. It doesn't have preservatives in it so no nasty headache the next day. At 11.3% alcohol, DONT drink then drive.

World's Best Beer
This is the best beer I have ever tasted. Better than St Bernadus 12 and Chimay Blue. However I have not tried Westvleteren 12 yet.
Furthermore, all the profits from this beer goes to Monks and their charities.
