Another “pinch-me-moment” in the Mountain Culture history books. This time a collab with USA beer legends Stone Brewing.

Stone are renowned for their IPAs and played a pivotal role in kickstarting the craft beer revolution over in the US back in the early 2000s.

SoCal IPA has been inspired partly by the classic fresh, punchy IPA characteristics Stone are famous for and partly by the sessionability of Mountain Culture's West Coast IPAs from its house yeast strain. The result, it's a dangerously easy drinking, hop forward Californian style IPA with notes of bright citrus layered over a resinous backbone and balanced bitterness. 

Featuring classic American hops - Simcoe and Centennial - and an Aussie favourite - Vic Secret - for a beer that blends the best of Southern California with the best of our Great Southern land.

Expect a bright, punchy and refreshing SoCal IPA.
